Can I come to your facility and buy desserts?
Galaxy Desserts does not have a retail location at our plant.

Is there a café at your place?
While our products are on the menus of many fine restaurants, Galaxy Desserts does not operate any cafés of our own. To purchase our desserts, please consult our a retail outlet near you.

Our delicious Brioche Pasquier products are available through retailers and specialty stores nationwide. You can find them in the Bakery section of your favorite store. Please contact sales@galaxydesserts.com if you would like to know where to find us near you, or shop our products online!

Do you use non-GMO-Ingredients?
Yes we do! Our croissants are made with non-GMO ingredients.

Are you free from artificial colors?
Yes we are! When we do, we only use colors derived from natural ingredients.

Do your products contain gluten?
Our brioche products contain wheat flour from France. Wheat does contain gluten, this is what gives the unique texture and softness to our brioche. However, the wheat we use is responsibly sourced and non-GMO.
4) Storage

How do I store your products?
For the Brioche products, please keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Enjoy by the date on the store sticker (not the printed date, which is the frozen shelf life).
For the pastries, follow the storage instructions on the packaging. -
Can I freeze your products after purchase?
Please do not refreeze our products as they are all sold frozen.
