It is best to our products in a cool dry place at 20° C.

Can I freeze your products?
It is possible for you to freeze our products. However, it should be noted that when you defrost our products, they may lose their softness.

What is the ‘Best Before Date’?
The Best Before Date represents the date until the product keeps its appearance, colour, taste etc. As well as its nutritional and functional benefits without any significant degradation.

Why are certain ingredient in bold or capital letters on your packs?
The ingredients highlighted in bold or in capital letters are the allergenic ingredients.

Are there Trans Fats in your products?
We use vegetable fats in our products which are free from hydrogenated fats.

What is the unique ‘levain’ you use in your products?
Levain is a fermented mixture of flour, salt, water and the ‘mother’ leaven that was used by Gabriel Pasquier when he first opened his bakery in 1936.
Leaven (Levain) has many qualities:
- Brings an aromatic richness to our products
- changes the taste and acidity
- gives our products their texture This is why we use this levain in many of our products. -
