Your mission

Manage a production line and motivate the machine operatives

The production line is at the core of our business. At Brioche Pasquier, our line managers need to ensure they are enthusiastic and dynamic to motivate the rest of the team in order to guarantee good quality production at all times.

This job is for you if:
- You have managerial qualities such as, being able to make decisions, to delegate and to communicate
- You can demonstrate dynamism, authority and ability to create a synergy within the team
