Summer sandwiches
Avocado sandwich:
Make a cut in milk buns.
Cut the avocado into slices.
Spread cream cheese on one side. Add avocado, a few arugula leaves. Sprinkle with chunky Parmesan cheese.

Sun-dried tomato sandwich:
Make a cut in the milk buns.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half.
Spread cream cheese on one side of the milk buns. Add a bed of arugula. Place the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese along the entire length.
