Pitch
Pitch was the idea of one of the Pasquier sons in 1986. His children would take our Pains au Lait as a snack when they were out playing sports. To make it more exciting, they would put a chocolate bar inside. This gave their father the idea to add a delicious chocolate filling to the brioche.
