Goats Cheese and Fig Toasties
1. Toast the brioche slices in the toaster for 1-2 mins.
2. Spread a small knob of butter across the slices and top with the goats cheese and fig slices.
3. Next, drizzle the honey over the toast and sprinkle with crushed walnuts and fresh thyme.
4. Finish off with a pinch of salt and pepper, and bon appétit!
