Brioche de Noël

The Brioche de Noël is an indulgent seasonal brioche that is a traditional French dessert shared every year on the 6th of January between family and friends to celebrate Epiphany. This remembers the arrival of Three Wise Men in Bethlehem, 12 days after Christmas. Traditionally, a small charm called a 'fève' is hidden inside the brioche for someone to find. Whoever is lucky enough to find it is crowned the King or Queen for the day!
